Refund policy
All ASTER ARCHIVE products are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.
Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at asterarchiveuk@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the fault or damage
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received If you receive the wrong item, contact us at asterarchiveuk@gmail.com and we'll make it right immediately.
Cancellations As items are made to order, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this window, production will have begun and we are unable to cancel.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, please note that made-to-order and personalised items are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive. By placing an order, you acknowledge that production begins immediately and waive your right of withdrawal accordingly.
Refunds Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at asterarchiveuk@gmail.com.
